Bella Roma Pizza

Ok so lets turn this not so great experience into something good.

So i put my order in about 15 minutes after 8 and still hadn't received it. At 9:20(Past closed time) i decided to call. To my surprise the manager answered the phone. He kindly informed me that the restaurant was closed but he would be more than happy to go ahead and make my meal and bring it to me. He apologized and explained my order wasn't processed out of grubhub. He also offered me a free desert so i got a piece of cake. So in conclusion my order may have got to me late but the manager took the extra time out of his night to make the order and go the distance. I feel like he has made up for it in a reasonable way.

I have ordered from this restaurant many times and this is one of 2 issues Ive had in the past 5 years. All of my issues have been corrected in a very reasonable way.

Good hot and fresh food. They provide some generous portions, and they're worth every cent spent. In a world of hectic, busy, and always going, I am relieved to have Bella Roma to count on for Friday Night Pizza, and those moments of debating "What's for dinner?"

Compared to Jet's Pizza, Bella Roma's deep dish is superior in every way. Crispy edges, piping hot crust, with melted cheeses and other toppings. [Personally, I like to go pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, black olives, garlic, sausage, go big and add on double cheese. Only thing I could see being more amazing is option for fresh basil, but I suppose adding that on the special field could do the trick?]

The fresh ingredients really add to the boost of true flavor.

I have yet to have a bad meal here, and I knock on wood to pray that I never do. Great place, great food. Get some.

First time ordering from here and only second time using GrubHub since my van is out of commission at the moment. My food was here in half the time I was quoted, which is a plus when you have 3 hungry children! Our food was correct, hot, and tasted great, but the driver forgot our 2-liter. I reminded him of it and he said hed bring it back. Ill be honest, I didnt think Id see him again as 30+ minutes went by and nothing (but I do live 11 minutes away so I figured it would be at least that long... but then we heard the knock at the door and he had returned with our 2-liter. I tipped him an extra $2 for going out of his way to come back. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely order from here again!

By far our Favorite local eatery. The prices are unbeatable! Very good portion sizes, and always, I Mean ALWAYS Delivered Hot and Fresh! This has been our Go To dinner spot when we can't decide what we want, because there is Something for each of us at Bella Roma! Oh and BTW, The Spaghetti is Even Better The Next Day, Hot or Cold! Give it a try and you will be sold! A True Asset to the Karns Community.

Actually some of the best pizza I've had in awhile. Also, they realized while the pizza was out for delivery that there was an issue with it. They called to let me know it would be here but that they were sending another one as well. They were very apologetic and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. This level of service, coupled with great food. I will order from them again!

Always good food. I ordered fried pickles, but received fried mushrooms and they were delicious

Everything I had was great, as expected, and on time. No complaints.
